Problems With Your Order

If your item arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, incorrect, or materially different from its product description, please contact us promptly. To help us review the issue, provide your order number, a description of the problem, clear photographs or videos of the product and issue, and photographs of the external packaging and shipping label where appropriate.

For confirmed problems attributable to us, we will provide an appropriate solution in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
