These Terms and Conditions govern your use of oasoi.com and purchases submitted through the oasoi™ online store.

01. Store Operator & Acceptance

oasoi™ is owned and operated by Dongguan Qiangyuwei Technology Co., Ltd. By accessing oasoi.com, creating an account where available, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the store policies applicable to your use or transaction. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or submit an order.

02. Eligibility

To make a purchase independently, you must be at least 18 years old or have reached the legal age required to enter into a binding purchase agreement in your place of residence. If you have not reached the applicable legal age, you may use the store only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian, as permitted by law.

03. Customer Accounts

If account functionality is available and you create an account, you are responsible for providing accurate information and maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Notify us promptly if you believe your account or order information has been accessed or used without authorization.

04. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, weight, materials, included accessories, pricing, and availability accurately. oasoi™ focuses on travel organization, travel comfort, and practical travel accessories. Product listings may include packing organizers, toiletry bags, pillows, sleep accessories, travel blankets, footrests, travel bags, passport organizers, and technology storage products. Review each listing for intended use, specifications, care information, and included components.

05. Product Appearance & Variations

Product colors may appear differently because of photography, lighting, screen settings, and display calibration. Measurements and weights may be subject to reasonable variation. Minor differences in stitching, texture, material finish, or manufacturing details do not necessarily indicate a defect if the item otherwise conforms to its description. We may correct or update product information if an error, inaccuracy, or omission is identified.

06. Order Submission & Acceptance

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the products included in that order. An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt of the request but does not necessarily mean the order has been finally accepted. Payment verification, inventory review, fraud-prevention checks, and fulfillment checks may be required before an order is accepted or dispatched.

We may refuse, limit, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary because of payment failure or unsuccessful verification; suspected unauthorized, fraudulent, or abusive activity; unavailable inventory; an obvious or material pricing or product-information error; legal or shipping restrictions; or an inability to fulfill or deliver the order. If payment has already been collected for an order that we cancel, the applicable amount will be refunded.

07. Prices, Taxes & Payment

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless another currency is clearly shown. Before payment is submitted, checkout displays applicable product prices, shipping charges, taxes where applicable, discounts, and the final order total. By submitting payment details, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize the applicable transaction. 08. Processing & Shipping

Orders are normally processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation. During holidays, promotions, or unusually busy periods, processing may require up to 5 business days. For standard shipping to supported United States destinations, estimated carrier transit is generally 10–15 business days after dispatch. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. 09. Returns & Refunds

Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery, subject to the applicable return requirements. After an approved return has been received, inspected, and approved, we will initiate the eligible refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. The payment provider may require additional time to post the credit. No restocking fee is charged for an approved return. 10. Damaged, Incomplete, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order promptly after delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, incorrect, or materially different from its description, contact us within 7 calendar days after delivery. Include your order number and relevant photographs or videos showing the product, issue, packaging, and shipping label where appropriate. After a problem attributable to us has been reviewed and confirmed, we will provide an appropriate solution without additional costs caused by that error.

11. Order Changes & Cancellations

Change or cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible after an order is placed. We will make reasonable efforts to assist before fulfillment begins, but a change or cancellation cannot be guaranteed after processing, fulfillment, packaging, shipment preparation, or dispatch has started. No cancellation fee is charged when an order is successfully canceled before fulfillment.

12. Promotions & Discount Codes

Promotional offers and discount codes may be subject to expiration dates, eligibility requirements, minimum purchase amounts, product exclusions, availability, usage limits, or other conditions presented with the offer. Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot be redeemed for cash and may not be combined with other offers. Discounts should be applied before checkout is completed.

13. Product Use & Safety

Products must be used lawfully and in accordance with the applicable product description, care information, specifications, and safety instructions. Travel accessories are intended for their stated purposes. Unless expressly described otherwise, a product should not be assumed to be a medical device, protective safety device, waterproof product, or product suitable for every environment or mode of transport. Customers are responsible for checking applicable airline, airport, transportation, and destination rules before traveling with a product. Keep small components and packaging away from young children where they may present a choking or other safety risk. Do not use damaged products where continued use could create a safety concern.

14. Bulk Purchases & Resale

Customers interested in unusually large orders, wholesale purchasing, or commercial resale should contact us before ordering so availability and applicable terms can be discussed. Purchasing products for resale does not authorize anyone to represent itself as an official oasoi™ distributor, agent, representative, partner, or authorized retailer without prior written permission.

15. Intellectual Property

The oasoi™ name, branding, website design, graphics, photographs, product presentation, text, logos, and other original store content are owned by or licensed to the store operator and are protected to the extent provided by applicable law. Store content may not be copied, republished, modified, distributed, or commercially exploited without permission, except where applicable law permits. Nothing on the website transfers ownership of our intellectual property or a third party's intellectual property to a user.

16. Reviews & Customer Content

If the website allows you to submit a review, photograph, comment, question, or other content, you are responsible for ensuring that it is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe another person's rights. By voluntarily submitting content for publication, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, and display that content for operating, improving, and promoting the store, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy. We may decline or remove unlawful, fraudulent, threatening, abusive, misleading, infringing, privacy-invasive, or unrelated content.

17. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the website to violate laws; commit fraud; submit unauthorized payment information; attempt unauthorized access; introduce malware; interfere with website security or operation; collect another person's information unlawfully; infringe legal rights; misrepresent your identity or relationship with oasoi™; or use website content or services for unauthorized commercial activity. We may restrict access, suspend an account, cancel an affected order, or take other reasonable action where prohibited activity is identified.

18. Disclaimers & Liability

We make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate product information and reliable website services but do not guarantee every feature will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by applicable law, oasoi™ is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising solely from access to or use of the website. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

19. Applicable Law & Disputes

These Terms are subject to applicable laws and regulations. Any dispute will be handled in accordance with applicable legal requirements and mandatory consumer-protection rights available to the customer. Nothing in these Terms is intended to deprive a consumer of protections that cannot lawfully be waived.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms when our business practices, website features, products, or legal requirements change. The current version will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the website after an update is subject to applicable law and the revised Terms.
